We had a very successful and fun walkathon last Friday. We were also very excited to get first place in the walkathon skit with our take on Jimmy Fallon’s “Hashtag” skits. The students had a lot of fun writing the script. We rerecorded the skit on Monday so there was less background sounds than during the actual skit on Friday.
We were also very impressed with the other presentations made by the other classes. It was an all around great day.

I am looking forward to meeting everyone at the fall pre-conference times with their families. It’s going to be a fabulous school year!
Last week we had four field trips in one day as part of a grant from the Perpich Foundation. We visited the Surf Ballroom, MacNider Art Museum, the Meredith Wilson Boyhood home, and the the Music Man Streetscape/Music Man Square museum.
